You will be dealing at all times with Colourfence employees, licensed Franchisees, and/or trained and accredited representatives, all of whom have a vested interest in providing a service that is commensurate with the quality of out product.
Furthermore we will never commit to a project unless 100% confident that the finished system will be a credit to you and ourselves. If Colourfence is not right for you or your garden environment we will have no hesitation in explaining this, and will be happy to advise on alternative solutions on request.
We are fully insured and all our employees, Franchisees and representatives have undertaken a LANTRA approved Health and Safety education course.

Our Guild of Master Craftsmen and Association of Fencing Contractors accreditations are highly regarded and should further re-assure you of our commitment to a quality product, quality service and ethical business practices.
In the unlikely event that you are in any way dissatisfied we will do our utmost to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the matter cannot be resolved internally we are happy to utilise the arbitration services of the Guild of Master Craftsmen. (To date this has never been necessary)
